How winners are pickedAt random, on a live prize wheel
  1. Promoter. The promoter is Unity Darts Organisation LTD, trading as DartsPass, Harkers House, Knottingley, West Yorkshire, WF11 8BN (“we”, “us”). Contact: support@dartspass.com.
  2. Eligibility. Open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 or over at the time of entry. Employees and directors of the promoter, of Unicorn Darts, and their immediate families are not eligible.
  3. How to enter. Register for a free DartsPass account at dartspass.com/register.php. Every eligible person who completes registration during the entry period is automatically entered. No purchase, subscription or payment of any kind is required, and paying for anything on DartsPass does not improve your chances.
  4. Entry period. The giveaway opens on publication of this page and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 2nd October 2026. Registrations completed after that time are not entered.
  5. One entry per person. Each person may enter once. Duplicate, fake, bulk or automated registrations will be disqualified, along with every entry linked to them.
  6. Prizes. The prizes are darts equipment and merchandise supplied by our partner Unicorn Darts, which may include dartboards, darts sets, accessories and branded merchandise. [Insert number of prizes and a short description of each]. Prizes are as stated, are non-transferable, and have no cash alternative. If a prize becomes unavailable we may substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
  7. How winners are chosen. The giveaway is a free prize draw. It is not a game of skill and your darts ability plays no part. Winners, and the prize each winner receives, are selected completely at random using a digital prize wheel loaded with every valid entry. Every valid entry has an equal chance of being selected. The draw will take place on or before [draw date, e.g. 10th October 2026] and will be streamed or recorded and published on the DartsPass Facebook page so everyone can see it is fair.
  8. Winner notification. Winners will be contacted using the email address they registered with within 7 days of the draw, and may be announced (first name and town only) on DartsPass social media. Winners must reply within 14 days confirming their name and UK delivery address. If a winner does not respond, or is found to be ineligible, the prize is forfeited and a replacement winner will be drawn at random using the same method.
  9. Delivery. Prizes will be sent to a UK address free of charge within 30 days of the winner confirming their details.
  10. Winners list. The first name and county of each winner will be available on request by emailing support@dartspass.com within 30 days of the draw.
  11. Your data. We use entrants' details to run the giveaway and to contact winners, in line with our Privacy Policy. Entering the giveaway does not sign you up to marketing unless you choose to opt in.
  12. Our rights. We may cancel, suspend or amend this giveaway if circumstances outside our reasonable control make it necessary, and will tell entrants on this page if we do. Nothing in these rules limits your statutory rights.
  13. These rules and our Terms. These rules apply to the Opening Giveaway only. Where they conflict with the general DartsPass Terms & Conditions, these rules apply to the giveaway.
  14. Facebook and Instagram. This giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Facebook, Instagram or Meta. Entrants release Meta from any liability relating to it.
  15. Governing law. These rules are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
